Hi there,
I just wanted to let you know what a great experience we had at Rotorua International Stadium.
We attended the Samoa v Namibia game; I had my nine month old son with me, as it turns out he isn’t a keen fan. About 5 minutes into the game he got quite upset as the crowd was a bit loud for him. I left my seat and took him out of the stand to settle him. The staff were so nice and very helpful, they heard my son crying and came to see if he was ok. They offered to take me into the security tea room to feed him and try to settle him. When I went in there all the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We ended up leaving just before half time.
I guess I just wanted to thank all the staff for being so helpful and
friendly.

Hi Tony,
Firstly I just want to say how proud I was of the way your team conducted themselves during the above event. They certainly displayed a professional attitude throughout the event, were helpful, alert and overt which is exactly what is required at an event such as this. Feedback regarding security was received later that same evening and from all entities involved (organisers, Lions Members, volunteers, and Police etc) the general consensus was that the security provided was professional, well deployed and the best they have ever had. Please pass on the gratitude of the organisers and myself to all concerned.
The industry need to lift its profile my friend and you are certainly on the right path. Thank you to you and your team, you did a splendid job as I suspected you would.

Fantastic effort to VR Security in working so well with Accreditation at Rotorua International Stadium. Everyone was so pro-active which I think certainly contributed to generally smooth operations of the RWC matches held in Rotorua. Such involvement from the Police was somewhat unique from my understanding, but greatly appreciated from my perspective. Given the fabulous team work of all parties at the venue, I wanted to acknowledge this in writing to you in addition to our discussions.
